The lease price in Matrix Office Park consists of rent, maintenance fee and space expenses (consumed electricity, water, utilities, expenses of IT and telecommunication services, office cleaning and other expenses that the tenant concludes with third parties according to his needs).

The rental rate depends on several elements, such as the rented area, floor, duration of the lease, etc. Contact us, and we will send you a non-binding offer with precisely defined price and lease conditions.  

The business spaces are handed over in shell core condition, according to the Matrix Office Park standards. Offices can be equipped and adjusted to tenant's needs based on an additional contract.

Standard handover condition does not include:
 

• Curtains  
• Glass partitions and glass doors   
• Office furniture   
• Kitchen furniture and appliances   
• Special server room systems (for example, HVAC and fire protection systems)   
• IT network   
• IT active equipment   
• Access control system   
• Video and audio system of leased space 
• UPS (Uninterruptable Power Supply) in leased space 

 
It is also possible to contract the abovementioned items or other elements according to the needs of the tenant, which would be regulated by a separate agreement between the tenant and Matrix Office Park.
